Each member of this staff has been selected first by my personnel manager and then by me. .Each member of the staff has completed a 90-day TRAINING/ PROBATIONARY period, during which they have been trained one on one with another staff member, and observed and evaluated by the entire management team.

    Each staff member has a current RED CROSS FIRST AIDE CARD. Each staff member is ready to care for your family member in a professional manner.

    My main requirement of a staff member is that THEY CARE. They care about the individual that they are taking care of. This is a special quality that is sometime. difficult to find, but I think that you will find we have managed to assemble a very caring group of people.
